That wouldn’t really be possible since when you first join, you’ll receive the message before doing toggles.
In my opinion, this suggestion seems useless to me. There’s really no need. There’s a clip of Tubbo saying something like this: Hive does an amazing job of being really easy to understand and intuitive. NPCs and gamemodes are exactly in your face with subtle tips to tell you what to do.
