New Map: Stacked Streets. 🏙

“Residents would take turns conserving electricity in their respective households so that the water supply could be shared with everyone” - TheCollector.

Stacked Streets Map - A Forums Suggestion. :cityscape:

A Mystery-Themed Post - Edited by ImNotBritish107.

The Description. :ledger:

Welcome to Stacked Streets, a towering maze of homes, hallways, and rooftops piled high into the night. Inspired by the claustrophobic Kowloon Walled City, this district is a web of narrow passages, flickering lights, and uneasy silence between footsteps.

Here, walls are close, escape routes are thinner, and every ladder feels like a gamble. Shadows cling to balconies, whispers drift through corridors, and no one ever seems quite where you expect them to be.

The Set-up. :memo:

I know the name is “Stacked Streets”, but I would say it’s more like layers. There will be three floors:

  • Ground Level - Food stalls, laundry layers, and little workshops.
  • Middle Level - Cramped apartments, shared hallways, and odd balconies.
  • Roof Level - Rooftops stuck together with planks, ladders, and cables.

There will be other additions to the map as well:

  • Teleporters designed as steam vents.
  • Vending machines, food stalls, and armour stands.
  • Lots of electric and cyberpunk-ish signs.

Notable Locations. :round_pushpin:

  • The Shared Courtyard - A tight open space at ground level, often crowded and dangerous.
  • The Red Balcony - A narrow overhang overlooking two floors below.
  • Steam Staircase - A winding stairwell hidden behind vent pipes.
  • Lantern Bridge - A fragile rooftop crossing between buildings.
  • Water Room - The central utility area where the power and water lines converge. Careful where you step.

Final Thoughts. :speech_balloon:

Overall, I feel as though more could be done with this idea. It has so much potential, but I don’t feel as though I showed it. Anyways, that’s all I have for you. Feel free to suggest ideas and vote. Slime ya later!
