People have suggested golems before, but I figured… why not do something different? I think that a treasure turret is the way to go for adding a special defense for your treasure! This turret shoots arrows at a player from the enemy team that comes within 10-15 blocks near it at the speed of a level 1 generator by default. However, you can upgrade it using diamonds. These arrows aren’t just normal arrows. These arrows deal 5 hearts of damage to a player without armor, so it will give players a reason to gear up. I feel that upgrading with diamonds is the way to go because diamonds are currently useless where they stand, and I feel that this would give them a new use. This turret costs 10 emeralds, but can be upgraded to level 2 with 5 diamonds, and level 3 with 10 diamonds. However, to balance things out, you can only have 1 turret per team. Once your turret gets destroyed, you can place down another one to take its place. Your upgrades that you purchased for the previous turret will be absent from the new turret, so you will have to work towards upgrading your turret again. These upgrades increase the speed a which the turret fires arrows an such. I feel that this should be added because it would allow you to be able to go after other teams. While you will still have to work towards getting a turret, it will be worth it in the long run.
P.S: I also think that this could be another way to introduce new cosmetics to Treasure Wars
