So basically this will be rare like the Knockback Nemo, When you obtain this item, you can only use it once, inorder to activate it you must hit your enemy once. Hit damage not included, Damage caused by the Thunder will be 2-4 Hearts. Also your enemy will be set on fire for 2-5 Seconds.
The Thunder Rod will be just an Enchanted Blaze Rod.
