A new discord banner
I suggest a new discord banner for the server. At the moment it is just an sg cow, and for such a cool server, I think we could all help make something better.

As far as I know, the staff have been thinking about a new banner for a long time now.

The banner should be the cowch and MailBot in the swarm base if you ask me

Im gonna bump this because of 2 reasons
- the cow is outdated now
- They change the profile picture all the time, why not the banner :]
