New afk command to help players avoid afk kicks when not necessary

first of all, when using the afk command, the user will not gain any xp what so ever in any game they are in, to insure that they don’t abuse it, intern with the afk command active the user will not be subjected to the afk timer and there for will not be kicked, on the condition that they run the command before going afk and run it again upon getting back on, failure to run before going afk will result in the user getting subjected to the afk timer.

Note: If players abuse afk system to farm wins wile not getting any XP they will be subjected to a punishment deemed feet by hive stuff

Basically to stop getting afk kicked every time someone has an irl task or something they need to complete when in the middle of a game. as of current the afk timer is very small, you get about a minute or 2 to get up, and most times thats not enough, and asking hive to just increase the timer would do worse seeing how most boosters have cheater parties who can finish games in about 3 minutes or less
