Nerf wind charges

Nerf the wind charge kb, its heinous in a void game

No offense, but I disagree with this SO MUCH. :angry: Wind Charges are already pretty expensive, and can be used by both runners and attackers and it’s not given to one strategy. They are pretty difficult to aim where you want to go properly, and take a bit of knowledge to use them in the right way where you take knockback without losing all your health. Not to mention, pearls can do what Wind Charges do for MUCH less with the only downside for them being you have to wait for it to land, and they DO MUCH LESS DAMAGE. They require strategy to use properly, and it would ruin the fun in them. Might just be me, but the satisfaction of knocking a runner off or blocking in and throwing it making them fly off or even just throwing it to get a double kill (yes I third partied so what) is just so fun that it makes them the greatest later game item IMO. :heart:

This might just be how I feel, but Wind Charges allow the player to do so many new strategies and do so much that it’s a great item. I was recently playing a game of Manor when there was a player on the second floor. I used a Wind Charge and got up to kill them pretty fast. With reduced kb, I would not have gotten up there and they could have ran. This is just a small example of what Wind Charges can do. :sunglasses:

I will honestly hate it so much if they nerf Wind Charges… :sob:

A slight nerf would work well. I also wish they did less damage. The vanilla version of them would be the best for bedwars tho.

There are already ways to solve these problems :smiley:
Damage: Equip fall boots while in the air then equip your diamond ones once you hit the ground :smile:
Knockback: Pearls can go about as far in maybe even faster time, plus they are more accurate and can do more. Wind charges are good in some scenarios such as hitting two people off at once, but pearls are better for running and damage. Problem solved :sunglasses:

I gave up on using them for movement unless its my only option available just because pearls are way more accurate.

I do know how to use them, but I prefer using them in funny ways such as stopping them from stopping my block in or getting double kills

The “slight nerf” I am referring to is making them do less kb to other people, in a void game with bridges wind charges make antisocial playstyles so much stronger.

also, I think it should not deal damage on impact. it’s pretty annoying, and it does go pretty high, and I think like only one block less bc it’s kinda hilarious

No. Wind charges don’t do much KB to other players.

Then like just if you see an opponent make the bridge bigger your meant to be alert and always thinking of what you should do next.

I have actually not seen alot of players even using the wind charge in all stages of the game. I don’t really belive it has to be nerfed.
