When I play on my switch, my skin from character creator will not show up, no matter what I do, it works fine on my phone, but I want you to please fix it, as I like looking like myself

Thanks for submitting a bug report. We have sadly had to disable character creator skins on the Switch as they unfortunately cause performance issues on the console.
We hope to enable it in the future if Minecraft manage to solve the performance issues.
