My friend cannot join hive it has been 4 months

Its the server
Asia region and whenever she tries to go in in will just say connecting to external server and after that it says unable to connect to world.

My friend uses IPad (IOS) 1.17.40 ver

she still can join other servers like Lifeboat, Cubecraft, Hyperlands and etc.
