Idea:
Gamemode for murder mystery where the timer in murder mystery to be longer(10-20 min.) to allow for the murderer to be more strategic. In said gamemode I think the murderer should be slightly nerfed by having a longer throwable cooldown.
I personally think it’s good as it is. One of the reasons I like mm is that it has shorter rounds, and I feel like this might make it too easy for the murd (although the murd usually doesn’t win by the time running out anyway, so it also could just be unnecessary) Sorry if this sounds too negative, just my view on it :]

It’s fine, in all honesty I’d actually want this to be an alternate game for MM. I like the shorter rounds but I also kinda want a longer version of the rounds where the murderer can strategically pick targets instead of having to rush to get everyone before innocents win on the timer.

They won’t win by timer, but there’s other ways to win. Innocents win most games of murder mystery currently anyway, so I do think they would still win.

Giving the mur more time would lean it more towards the innocent side as they would have more time to get econ and powerups to combat the murderer easier lol

True, but it would allow for more strats for the murd. In normal MM most innocents have a bow within a minute, therefore having no effect on that just more time for the murd.

This wouldnt change much cus innocents eliminate murderer in like 2 mins and theres like a 5% chance that the time actually ends and the murderer rarely ever wins

The timer for Murder Mystery is okay as it is, allowing a fair chance for the murderer to go on a killing spree and the innocents to survive and kill the murderer. It’s not too long nor too short.
