In murder mystery, there are 2 NPC mascot costumes. With prestige 2, you should unlock the fox, and for prestige 3, maybe the vampire. Maybe later prestige 4 and 5 could come with different costumes.

Prestige 3: The Prestige Detective (the bull)
Prestige 4: Sheriff Fox (NPC)
Prestige 5: White Rabbit (NPC)
Nah, better if those costumes were in a ticket
