Assuming that this map should have its own powerups and interactables, I can’t see why this map can’t bee in the game. Voted! 
This is a really great Idea, especially because there wasn’t a new map in months. I would really love to see a Hospital map. I also saw that one answer about either a clean or an abandoned hospital. I would have the Idea that everytime the map gets played there is a small chance that the hospital is abandoned, just like the backrooms map with its different versions. But here there are only 2, the clean hospital (defaut) and the abandoned one (5% chance to appear).
But its just an idea I had and would add to it.
Even if it wouldn’t be like this you still get my vote cause I love this idea!
