The idea is basically in the title, but here it is:
Move the lunar event announcement from the updates section to the announcement section (like where they have the snowman contest winners)
They did this in previous years, so this is a suggestion to do it again

Personally, I believe its considered an update since it did change the hub and added a hub hunt, and is fine where it is.
The case with the Snowman Contest Winners announcement was to, well, annouce who won the contest.
