One time when I was playing SkyWars I was killed and It said “you were killed by someone, they had 18 hearts” I forgot the hacker’s gamertag though.
They probably ate a gapple

The max should be 17 hearts (10 normal hearts, five redstone hearts, and two golden apple hearts

Hacked clients don’t change the amount of health you have server side. I don’t know what happened there but I think it’s much more likely it was a glitch or some oversight with how the health reporting function works than them hacking.
