I think Hive should add more Shining Crown color variants.
I really like this Cosmetic and I think having more color variants like Black, White, Red, Green, and Purple would be amazing maybe even make it sell a lot more. I definitely would pay extra if it had many different colors.
I also think some other cosmetics should have more color variants like the horns cosmetic but obviously hive is busy making other cosmetics and updates.
I would like to see this when the Hive isnt busy or working on something big. Since I play on console I really use these cosmetics.
Maybe like how Fortnite does it. Buyable extra styles would be very cool.

That doesn’t mean its only from fortnite, many games have styles of cosmetics you have to buy or unlock. I used fn as an example since its the most recognizable one. I’ll give you another example, call of duty.
You don’t want the Hive to be anything like fn? Never play sg then… cows(llamas), airdrops, do I even need to continue on that?

It isn’t a bad idea, but a paid dlc for a cosmetic which is a paid dlc seems a bit wrong.

Taking ideas from pretty much the most famous game ever isn’t a bad idea. Everyone says ‘fortnite is such a bad game’, even though epic makes billions through it.

The shining crown is probably the most popular hat of all, and I find it sorely lacking in colour variations.
The addition of the variants you listed would make it possible to match the hat with any skin, so more people would be interested in buying it.
Finally, it really doesn’t require much work, given that the texture is the same, all it would take is varying the tint and the exposure!
I am sure that some players would be more interested in this change than in acquiring new hats.

Yeah I feel like the shining crown hat is underappreciated, plus I don’t really see the value in buying it when you can unlock a cooler hat at level 18 in block party. With more variations, like RGB, flames, or gold, this would be much better
