More Rank Exclusive Avatars

I think the special ranks (Partner & Staff) Should have special Avatars.

For a couple examples, Helpers should get an avatar with the character they have on their badge on the discord server. Or how Youtube ranks could get a playbutton as an avatar. Ect ect.

I disagree, People would apply and become staff just for an avatar and the Helper role would Lose its real meaning
