More Hive X Video Game Franchise events

Remember the Hive X Sonic event? Well, what if the Hive did MORE crossovers with various franchises? I could see a Kingdom Hearts event for November (that’s the US release month of KH1)! Or maybe a Mega Man event! Imagine being able to run around the hub and BOOM, Top Man’s stage!

Now a big problem with getting these events to happen are licensing. Sega was willing to do it because during 2021 they wanted Sonic on every single thing that existed. Others are a lot more difficult, especially Kingdom Hearts. Disney is VERY stingy with their IPs. It’s a miracle that Sora even GOT into Smash Bros. But, I do feel like with the Hive X Sonic event, it could open the doors to SO. MANY. MORE crossovers.

I think the sonic event itself was a massive success, but the amount of resources it diverted from other things was not.

I’d be ok with something if it doesn’t use up all of the servers resources though

Hive said in 2022 that they will be working on more permanent gamemodes,

but you summed up what could happen, crossovers are great but a hard to license. I think hive should work on permanent updates in 2022 and maybe plan a crossever event if they could license it.

something a bit smaller perhaps? In the end crossovers are good but take time away from other important things as well.
