Miscoloration of CTF costume

What is the bug?
There is a red spot inside the hood of the model that I believe to be the result of an error when recoloring the model from the red CTF npc.

Device(s) & Version
Win11 laptop

Here is the costume next to the npc, where you can see the same dark red color inside the hood.
