Idea:
Give a small amount of XP for losing a game

I think that this would be a good idea, since it makes it so people are more likely to play games out until the end instead of sticking it out, since there is no reward. Here is an XP chart I have devised for the games I think need this.
Bedwars, CTF, the bridge, and Skywars: 5 XP
Groundwars, survival games, and maybe mm?: 2 XP
Some games I think need this more, such as groundwars and CTF. Groundwars is already hard enough to grind, and if you lose one game it sucks for your XP. For CTF people leave very often before the game ends(I admit I have done this before, sorry) and so maybe if you get XP you would have a reason to stay. I’m not talking about a lot of XP, a very minor amount.

Well afk kickers exist for a reason, and maybe you only get loss XP if you actually die to someone else?

well, if someones afk in SkyWars, [which there is no afk thing for] someone else is probably going to kill them.

True, but maybe you could have it so that you have to have moved and mined some ores or something?

Yeah, there is no reason to not have it in all of the games anyway, you just get free XP you did not earn
what about people who’ve already maxed the game? What about people who love playing the game but only win rarely? This feels like it would give some people a reason not to play a game, and that seems contrary to what hive wants. Not voted.

Why would it give a reason to not play the game? It would only make it so that you get XP for not winning, but not a lot.
