I bought the makeship cubee plush back when it was released. I loved the product by never got anyway to receive the pet or the hub title. I wasn’t sure if this classed as a bug or not but I was pretty sad I didn’t get the pet or hub title.
If there is any way that you can give me it or if I can show proof I bought it and get it that would be appreciated. Thanks.

You should have received an email from Makeship back in January 2022 which will have contained a redemption code for your in-game hub title, avatar, and Cubee pet.
