Idea:
Make the discord reports private
More information:
Literally the title. I don’t know why you’re able to see other people’s reports. There are quite a few things to benefit from disabling this:
• Cheaters in the discord won’t know to toggle off
• No public shaming
Cons:
• Duplicate reports
(can’t think of any more)
Agree, a hacker could look that he/she got reported, and turn their hacks off straight after. (Unless there was video evidence.) Sometimes people report each other, and the person that got reported will try to publicly shame them in a different part of Discord. Oh Rindlx28 uwu why did you report me?
That’s why the staff requires you to give video evidence 
How would you make the reports private, though? I understand why you’re asking for a private way to report but it feels like it would be a lot more work than it’s worth and gives the admins yet another place to keep an eye on for reports.
If you ever worry someone will see you report them, you could always privately PM an active admin instead?
This is one thing I wouldn’t personally like since I like showing people the evidence, but honestly this makes complete sense, obviously a bit more helpful to find closet cheaters over blatant cheaters, but still
Also @ThanPixel what you are describing is absolutely correct lmao, sometimes it’s gullible friends and sometimes it’s someone who is a friend of the reported person trying to defend them. People have gotten smarter though, thankfully.
Thing is, they could be busy while another admin is free. And going through the hassle of DMing multiple admins is not ideal.
Hmm. I did consider the bot thing because if you really wanted this, that’s the only way I see it working. But at the same time, the “hassle of DMing admins” seems like less work than the hassle of coding the bot to do what you’re suggesting then have admins re-route to that channel as well as the usual channel. Unless you’d suggest removing the current channel and have reports only go through the bot, but then it’d be more difficult for new players or inexperienced Discord users to report players.
Furthermore, not being able to see who’s been reported means we’re more likely to start sending in multiple reports of the same users, unless the bot is also coded to filter out repeats, in which case additional evidence may be lost.
It’s not that it couldn’t work, it’s that it doesn’t feel necessary enough to implement. The only downside to the current system is the potentiality of users seeing their own name and toggling, in which case it’s far less trouble just to message an admin like “hey x is hacking but they’re toggling, can you please take a look when you can”.
Still, that’s just my opinion so good luck with your idea.
