It’s the same color as tiktok rank at the moment, and purple would make more sense because twitch purple
But what about VIP which is also pink

It used to be orange
I saw someone in a hub named “Splodg3rTest” having the VIP

It’s not just SourMatthew who has it. 
I know it’s the only one I could remember off top of my head
The [VIP] rank is generally awarded to former senior staff members and people that have made large contributions to the server within the past.
On the Hive Games Discord there are more but here are the people with the rank [VIP] on Bedrock Edition : Fooxxi, GlummyPlum, SamVsLife, Scorses, SourMatthew, TysonPhilip.
There are surely more.

You think this might be closed, since one of the other suggestions “Change YouTube to YouTuber” since the reasoning was “not being up for public debate, and mainly being discussed with partners”

Since this post there have been new colour codes that have been added by Hive and I think these could be utilised to make this work. The custom Hive Pink colour could be used for either TikTok or VIP (with the other retaining vanilla pink colour) and the Streamer rank could utilise either the vanilla or hive purple colour code, with the new coming Ultimate rank likely taking the other.
As someone who created a toggle based system to quickly find specific ranks in your friends list by using the colour codes, having distinct colour codes for each of these separate ranks would be quite useful =)

Here’s what I’m thinking.
VIP = Magenta
TikTok = Pink
Twitch = Purple
Hive U = Blue (the helper color)
Now that we know the colour of Hive Ultimate, I definitely think VIP needs to be changed at the very least since as we can see in the screenshot they are not very distinguishable. I think if they used the custom Hive pink colour for it, then it would be a lot more distinguishable than what it is right now and given that there are far more VIPs than Streamer or TikTok these other 2 ranks could keep the older pink colour.
