Make friend/party/cs/upcoming swarm invites have a 1 minute cooldown

To prevent dumb ppl spamming 9123791230138 invites per second and makes u annoyed,we need this added

You can just do /toggle and turn off receiving invites. unfortunately, this is Topic is a duplicate one, please search for the idea before making a post about it to avoid making any duplicates
