Many CTF maps like Altara, Campsite, and Lago have the flags exposed to the outdoors. So it would be a cool small detail to make it so that the flags blow in the wind as if it is a bit windy in your game.
This may be a bit of a stretch but you could add leaves blowing around the flag in the wind on the Campsite map.
