So the Cryofreeze Potion is great for when you’re fighting and you’re low and need to think. But it’s not an instant use, so it’s not very good.
I think it should be instant-use to make it much better, because right now it’s not very good

It’s already expensive and I’ve literally never used it other than once to test it, and nor have I seen anyone else use it. It’s too bad of an item that even this wouldn’t do much. Besides, it lets the opponent thing too…
Plus, if it was instant it would be cool as a clutch item to freeze and find a spot to pearl.
Also are you gonna stop your changing pfp trend thingy soon? It’s getting kinda annoying imo.

The strategic use would really not be practical in any situation, the only way this could be useful for anyone is by spamming it in PvP and that would just be incredibly annoying, especially late game which can already be quite slow.

imo cryofreeze is really underrated, you gain I think 5 hearts from it and a lot of people dont realize you dont take damage while in cryofreeze so they dont do anything themselves (or keep attacking you). the drinking time and stasis time are the nerf to it, so its pretty well-balanced. try using it yourself- its used in situations that are, yes, niche, but more common than you might think. low in a 1v1v1? cryofreeze, let them duke it out, clean up. got fireballed so now youre low? cryofreeze, asses the situation, and carry on like you never got hurt.

Cryofreeze is actually kind of decent as it is. I agree with @elibutworse that it’s well nerfed at its current state. The high price for it does make it the kind of thing to only be used later game (plus the price to unlock the potion table) but so are fireballs and other items. Imo Cryofreeze is fine as it is, and it being instant would be way too overpowered.
