Makes magic tools restricted to avoid any misusages

We can restrict the Magic tools by setting a a level to reach to unlock it by exemple of, you have to reach level 15 in order to ude the magic tools

This would prevents from grief and any bad usage of the tool

Why 15+ levels? Its beceause they are more councious of the game than lower level players do, they are much more likely to use the tool in a good use and not in useless moment, no matter if they are low (skilled) builders or high (skilled),

In addition, most of the time , players who use it in unconveniate moments are often level 1-10 they dont know how 100% the games work and so the tools.

I can’t put this in any less blunt words, but this is a bad idea (no offense meant).
I don’t want to grind out Just Build to put water in my fountain. Sure, it could prevent griefing, but it’ll just affect most JB players.

While I hope no teammate of mine does this, you shouldn’t restrict things to high levels unless their cosmetic.

You learn to use things by using them. Restricting these items to a high level doesn’t change the fact that some people don’t know how to use them. It makes the game harder for new players.
