Idea:
Party chat needs atleast 3 people for some reason, can we make it two?
If I want to msg my friend I cant for some reason why cannot that be a feature>?

We are unfortunately unable to implement 1-1 direct messaging, or 2-player party chat, as Microsoft policy prohibits it, for player safety reasons.
We sadly have no control over this policy, so this isn’t something that’s up for debate.
