What is the bug?
This “bug” is when you’re running through the Death-Run map and hit the button to activate the leap. 90% of the time it won’t work instantly, or at all. Sometimes holding the button to activate it works, but most of the time it doesn’t for some reason. I’ve even spammed the button at some times. I wouldn’t call it lag because before 1.16+ Bedrock came out it worked just fine with no issues. The leap recharge is no issue, it’s just the activation input when you go for a large leap and it doesn’t work till a few seconds after or not at all. At some points it doesn’t make you leap until you respawn after dying to a trap which is a waste of the powerup when you go for a risky jump.
This applies to all the maps. More specifically, Garden, Seaside, SubZero (That was once the Snow one), Relic, Zoo, and Western.
Device(s) & Version
I play on the Windows 10 Version of Minecraft. I’ve had other friends on the Switch and Xbox have the same problem, but not as much as I did playing Win 10 Edition. Other friends that have played the game on Win10 have had the same issue where it doesn’t work at all. They mostly blamed it on lag, but have later figured out that it wasn’t.

The video may look like I’m just bad at the game (I average top 5…), but the press of the leap button, as well as before the trap is even activated, flings me forward when I respawn. Hence, the massive delay I’m talking about. Or sometimes, it doesn’t even activate at all like in the last clip.

- I’m expecting an answer along the lines of what’s probably causing the input delay. Or as to what might fix the problem so I don’t have that issue. I love this server and it’s minigames, and hope there’s a solution to this!
