basically a launchpad or speed powerup that spawns around endgame so as your team advances, if you die it wont take you ages to get back shooting.

This is probably what makes it more fair for the losing team as they can hop into the battle faster than the leading team. The leading team should have a somewhat disadvantage in my opinion.
