Just Build ⚒️: Show a Report Reminder Title Screen at the start of the Game

I’ve started to play JB recently again. But, I began to notice that even though there is a message that gets automatically sent which warns players the consequences of making an Inappropriate build and another message that reminds players that they can report others, and yet, whenever I encounter an inappropriate build I rarely see them using the blaze powder to report the build. Sometimes, due to it note being reported, the inappropriate build would sometimes even be in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. And the builder gets to ruin another game.
I suggest adding a title screen which reminds players to report Inappropriate, Off-topic and Racist builds using the blaze powder. Maybe by adding a title screen like this, it can help spread awareness to other players that they can report builds.
