You read the title of this suggestion. A normal post to curb griefing in Just Build it seems-

You are Wrong.

This post suggests the opposite, infact. Ever seen an inappropriate build win? Ever been overcome by a toxic player? Ever felt as though the results of your round were unjust? With this suggestion, you sir, can take out your revenge on the winning build.

At the end of the round, players will be given boom bows (explosive arrows) to experiment on the winners build with. While this sounds fun, silly, even immature, it would provide toxic players with another way to portray their anger aside from in chat, which adds some practicality to it.

Good, but this should be a separate mode. I don’t wanna see a master’s build destroyed.

Do you realize how unnecessary that is :sob:
Making a new mode so people can blow up other people’s things at the end of the game in the 10s before a new game starts.

If it was to be a separate mode, it would probably need another twist alongside it

Could have it so if it got more than for example, 40 points this event wouldn’t occur but Tbh I don’t think it’s too necessary.

Maybe if it got any reports during it the event could happen?
And like 30 points to make it not happen, so:

  • Reported
  • <30 points
    Would let you explode it.

Or you could just destroy it no matter what for the fun of it since it doesn’t even change the game

This sounds good in practice but I think people would report just to get this event at the end, rather than actually usefully.

This is the same for the points needed too, people would purposely vote them bad ratings in order to not only win now, but also to get the event at the end.

And that’s exactly how we remove the bad just build players. Mods review the false bans and PUNISH them >:)

I would think this would be a funny thing to add, but a lot of people don’t have Replay Cinema.

If someone griefed my build at the end it wouldn’t matter since I could just go get a shot of it there, but for the players who don’t and have to take them at the end of voting this can be very upsetting understandably, probably even seeming like a cash-grab from Hive to try and make people get replay.

idea to fix this: in the microhub have an area where you can go to view your last build
this ofc wouldnt be directly in the microhub but depending on if/how hive stores builds it could be implemented without much interference with other mechanics

And to actually make it work with this topic it could be griefed by you amd you press a button and if it hasnt been reported itll go to a museum/minigame wjere you grief builds that have been nominated for griefing (you can still report in which case if it comes back as true itll appear in the game next time you play and completley explode) and also it shows past 5 games or woth replaypass past 100 to add more stuff to it and also you can favourite to keep forever, up to 5 favourites, favourites are seperate to recents and not exclusove toi rplaypass just to be clear
