The bug appears in just build.
The bug is if you fly to a certain height, you’re able to break everything around you without the server saying you cannot.

Thank you for submitting a bug report. I can’t seem to reproduce this issue, could you provide some more information about how you achieved this?
I have reproduced it and I noticed that the blocks get refilled when voting starts.
