Issue with Translation Only Applying in Specific Hubs

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
MAIN HUB

What is the bug?
When entering one of the hubs, such as hub-bed or hub-sky, the text was translated into Japanese. However, in the regular hub, it remained in English.
