Inviting players in cs hubs

Global - Custom Hub

What is the bug?
Upon opening the Server Controls in a custom hub to invite a player there is only an option to invite a player only by their user not from your friends list. I believe this is a bug because in the other Server Controls in Custom Servers this is a feature.
