I know people have suggested different things for leaderboards like final kills, wins, etc. I don’t think that anyone has suggested in game leaderboards. This would mean when you join a game of whatever you’re playing, there would be rankings for the top 10 players that month. Anyone could get it, and they’d be refreshed every month like the online leaderboards. Like Hypixel, for example, has leaderboards in game lobbies. I think it would be to crowded to have lifetime leaderboards, and daily. Monthly leaderboards I think they could do. It would be in the same formatting as your stats for that game, but it would be the top 10 players that month. If you agree vote on it and hopefully this can become a thing! 
I’m nearly 100 percent sure this has been suggested before and I’m pretty sure this is the plan for the future
