Impossible to move when crouching on custom platforms

Affected Service (Game name, hub, or global):
What was affected - Americas, pirate cave part 2 of parkour.

What is the bug?
Basically if you are on the custom platform and crouch when the custom platform near the end of part 2 is moving you will no longer be able to move.

What platform do you play on Xbox 1.19.2
