Illusion of players stuck in hub

Some players are broken, ex. “Happy koala1120” is in hub 41 but they can play other games, I was just playing just build with him, he went offline and I still see him in hub. Some other people in this hub have the same issue. When “Happy koala1120” tries to join this hub off of friends, it says “already connected to the target server”. My friend thinks “NotDietCoke”, “zHiroSHz” and “JettRaven” have the same issue. My friend also says that “Happy koala1120” has had their “illusion” here almost a week
I play on iOS and on the latest version 1.21.50
