My idea is to make the bedwars duos gamemode start at 16/16 players! Every round I have played that isnt a full server, I dont get a teammate. This has become easily frustrating as I can’t constantly be in a party, and I get easily defeated when I’m by myself.

This is not needed, as well, once you play Hive more, you should see full lobbies all the time! Good idea, nevertheless!

Every time I have played bedwars duos (been playing it since it came out) I have seen no more than 30 full servers, and have played 293 games total. I kid you not, all of those other servers I had only gotten a teammate in 5 of them. According to my math it seems to be needed.
Maybe you are in a different region than NA? IDK, maybe email @support.playhive about your problem
Hm i should test this out as i really only play solos but i didnt realize uoh never git a teammate. I thought that problem was only in TW but i guess not.
(Bedwars teammates arent exactly good)

Not only are the teammates not that good, the good ones either leave or you have to /hub 7 times to get at least a bad one. Its very very difficult to win without a teammate in a teammate based game (also the bug isnt my region)

This is simply not true. I’ve been playing for 3 years now and I nearly never play Duos because of the cheeks queue.
If you’re bumping this because you want to see the idea added, then I have two easy solutions to this problem that don’t affect queue times like this would. Option number one: don’t solos queue doubles, you could just play solos instead. Option two: ask around in hub for someone to party you so you can have a guaranteed teammate, or just ask any friends you already have.

A bad one is worse then none (in my opinion) and there’s always a chance that that they re-queue right before the game starts and (in my opinion) why would u wand to make queues longer and tal mar u can just edit the text
As someone who doesnt care about bedwars.
I feel like this issue is solved by playing solos. Yes it would be nice to play by yourself. But sometimes an extra challenge is your horrible bedwars random!
