Make Game Runtime adjustable in all minigames

Allow the Game Runtime to be modified in all minigames. If you have respawns in a Skywars cs, then the game will probably last longer than 10 minutes. However, we never get to find out who would win because the timer almost always expires first. Please make it so this problem can be avoided. It can be avoided in Deathrun, but why not Skywars?
