My idea is an elytra-ish race minigame where you race on bees, and try to bee the fastest there is.
Unlocks include “Bee Racer” hub title, changes to bee, sparkle trails, cape on back similar to Deathrun, and bee avatar.
It is called Hive, after all, and what better way to emphisise it than by bees racing to their hive? 
Edit: there could be a few items, including Haze Potion, which covers the track behind you over a certain area with effects, stopping you seeing. This would be medium-rare.
