Explanation of Issue:
I recently realized it says “eingelöst” when I bought something with Qp. But it sounds a bit odd so I suggest to say “erhalten” since it sounds better and makes more sense. (“erhalten” would translate to “receive” which isnt the same word as it says in the english langugage when buying something but it just really sounds better)
