Hub hotbar items can move

What was affected - The Items in your inventory in Hub

What is the bug?
You’re able to move around the items in your hotbar in the hub. I can move around the compass, friends menu, and etc.

Device(s) & Version
I’m on Windows and I’m using the latest version of Minecraft.

This is simply just down to how Minecraft works, and we, therefore, don’t consider it a bug.
