../hub and hub item stops working

Affected Service (the Bridge):
zone-> EU , The bridge (Duos and Solos) at the end of the game

Bug
When the game ends i do / hub or click the item but sometimes it fails or doesnt work at all .
i need to leave the server to leave the game or else im just stuck in a loop or i just get kicked.
