One player long pressed the ”Shift key“ at the beginning of the game and hung up for a long time. As he squatted down, we could not know his player ID and could not report it. His hanging up caused us to lose the game.
So, how do I report a player with a hidden ID who hangs up?
Or he had the thing set to Toggle.

In answer to your question however, if you press the esc key, on the right side of your screen, you’ll be able to look at players names. Once you’ve found the player, you can then do /report

Not a suggestion - You are able to view each players’ profile by pressing the ESC button or by pausing the game on touch devices and clicking on their gamertag. This allows you to see their skin along with their username
