My idea.. is to make innocents paranoid.
The first thing that I think of is making the lights and the sun flicker (for you only) if you are an unarmed innocent next to a murderer holding a weapon. The lights/sun would have a small chance of flickering randomly, which would put you on edge.
There could also be other things, like you having a very small getting teleported to a map that LOOKS like a ban screen, but once you move your camera you’ll realize you’re just in a box. After 5 seconds of being in there, the throwable of the murderer who killed you will start zooming towards your screen and once it hits, you immediately re queue for a murder mystery game.
Now I know these aren’t the only ways to scare people, but I can’t think of more
