With the announcement of the new rank coming, it seems unappealing for most established Hive players that spend money. Sure the perks are good depending on what you do in The Hive, but for most players friend slots, custom servers, and custom hubs aren’t appealing/useful.
Once you own one mount, you never really need a new one as you can already fly around with the one you have. I understand some are different speeds, seats, and looks, but ultimately flying is the main appearance of mounts.
Some players already have permanent replay pass, especially since it was given to recent buyers of the 1 year pass of it.
Switching/selecting hubs can be useful at times, but players really don’t care about it. Plus most servers have that ability for every player, not locked behind a paywall. It’s not anything that will drive you to buy this rank.
I’m not saying the perks aren’t good, they are for some players. Those players are the ones who haven’t bought anything yet. If you already have a mount, replay pass, plenty of cool cosmetics, it doesn’t seem that good.
So what I’m wanting is a new perk that ties with the extension of daily quests.
For something so expensive, I do believe there should definitely be more practical things. The only thing that I think really tries to be practical aside from the obvious XP boost is the 3 votes, which wouldn’t really make much of a difference as Hive+ voters already dominate.
I don’t really mind what it is, just something to make the rank worth more.
This might be pretty OP, but what if they had a special game called “weekly return” where each week a new removed game will appear (or month) and the people can play the game with each other. It will give a different type of XP, so prestige 5 in tw still wont be obtained unless you already had it. There could also be a nerf if this is TOO OP, like add a 20m or 30m limit to this game daily or like an amount of plays like 5 games max or something.
Another addition could be a sort of addon to the games, but only if you die or aren’t actively in it.
Ideas:
Player viewer (watch a player while looking as if you were that player, could be an ender eye and would be beside the new game button)
Effects (could be a potion, allows you to give yourself effects whilst spectating, beside ender eye)
Stat viewer (could be a diamond, allows you to see the stats a person obtained during that specific game, beside report button)
Also, add a special quest for Hive U players only, it would be weekly and would grant 50-100QP. These would be EXTRA hard, but a nice challenge.
Hive U will be usefull with, the new XP boost, and 3 Map votes, and Private Hubs (we will have to see how that works). More Cs’s, Friend slots, and Quests are nice but just QoL. Half of the money is going to the mount and pet though, which I’m fine with.

This hasn’t been what I’ve seen in the community.
Everyone I’ve talked to about it has said the perks are gonna be really useful and that it’s 100% worth it
Also, you’re forgetting the extra daily quests, unlimited custom servers, private hubs, extra friend slots and the xp boost, which are really great perks for most people
I do think multi quests would be cool, but what we got is fine
