Cosmetics for the Halloween event awards.

If the zombie arms gets chosen then the way you do the halloween event will award you with the arms. And same goes with the wide brim halloween hat if this gets chosen.

Some people already have zombie arms by the using 4D Skins and this would actually be quite easy to implement but in some games it might give you away so idk
