Bug Description/Affected Service:
Hello! I’ve been having problems connecting to the HIVE server, as it keeps saying that there are zero people playing in the server, and ping is unretrievable. This is the only multiplayer server I have with this issue, as I can join other servers like Galaxite and Lifeboat normally.
Area, Device, and Minecraft Version:
I’ve also asked a friend around the same area (we’re from North America) who’s had the same issue, and wondered if there was a server outage from where we are. We’ve both checked our latest minecraft versions (26.1) and internet connections, and they’re both up to date.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
Extra information: We also use Windows Machines.

In the above screenshot, it says the ping is loading. It will continue to load no matter how long I have minecraft open.
This is a screenshot signifying that the other server pings load. Again, the only one that doesn’t load is HIVE.
