Idea:
Players will be given points called “hive points” for the unlocks they own. Players will earn small bonuses for each milestone.
More information:
Players will earn points for the costumes, hub titles, avatars, hats, game unlocks and costumes. These points are meant to show a player’s love and dedication for the Hive. This will also give use to unwanted costumes, avatars and hub titles. Players will be given rewards for each milestone of their points, e.g. an exclusive costume that lets you show your love for the hive or a hat with the number of the milestone on it. Smaller bonuses will be given for smaller milestones, e.g. an xp booster, a login streak saver, a hat token or a small game mode unlock. Players will be able to view their points and upcoming rewards in a new hub item called “hive points”. Costumes, mounts, pets and hats will give +10 points and hub titles and avatars will hive +5 points.

So like quest points… …that come with purchases?
I think that it should only be limited to purchases as QP (Quest Points basically rewards you for playing games and you can get costumes and XP boosters out of that. But that doesn’t fit well so I have no idea what the “free” counterpart is.
Side note: you left the guideline to “Include any information that you think is relevant here!”

They aren’t just for purchases, they’re also for the unlocks you unlock from events that don’t really have a use, and would give people a reason to collect hub titles. However I see your point.

I like where your thinking but with your idea on how you get the hive points i think you can add more information about that like what kind of unlocks do they need to get before they get
“hive points” ?

Nice! :Vt I Like this Idea!
I’m not entirely sold on the point of this. I thought costumes, avatars and hub titles were meant to be the reward, do we reallty need a reward for the reward? To me at least I don’t think we need it, if we really need something quest points will work fine.
so yea basically quest points for purchases. you already get a reward for your purchases! the purchase!
and quest points can get you monthly exclusive costumes too. perhaps your idea could be expanded to a further functionality of quest points?
Yeah, I realised that, but removing it removes the entire point of the reply, as the entire point is “we already have quest points”.
