Hive (not Minecraft) Pink Bug

Affected Service:
All entities were affected in the US region in at least Murder Mystery and the hub, but I am assuming it affects all games and possibly all regions, but I have no evidence for that.

What is the bug?
This bug turns all entities into a hot pink all over, so this will affect not only players, but imported entities. For example, the coins will turn pink in MM along with all the planets in the planetarium in the Museum map.
The bug works by starting small and few; I will begin to notice it starting during a game of MM: the coins will start to turn pink, but not all of them. Eventually, once I have been through all of the map, all the coins will have turned pink, and all the imported entities (i.e. the grates for tunnels/vents, planets, interactables, etc.) will also be pink. Do note that this does not affect the texture or shape of the entity, but only the color. After those have been turned pink, it will start on the players: only a few will start, but by that time, I will have left the game and gone back to the hub, and by then, every entity has been affected by the bug.

Device(s) & Version
This is Minecraft Bedrock Ed on Windows 10, the latest version (I don’t know if that’s 1.16.1 or 1.16.2).

Other Information:
I have seen that there was another post about this same bug, and it being closed because this bug is a Minecraft bug. I did see that stream, and why I made another one is because I do not think it is a Minecraft bug, but a Hive bug. The reasoning for this is because I will save and quit from The Hive, and as it closes me out of it, the pink bug goes away. If I then rejoin The Hive, no trace of the pink bug is out there for about five minutes, but then I will experience the same process I described earlier. However, I have not tested to see if this bug will also affect my worlds, and so I have no proof that this is only a Hive bug, but based on what I just said, I believe it is. If you can show me evidence that it affects normal worlds, I am sorry for starting this stream.

Thank you for reading, and if you need me to provide any more information, please let me know.

Hey there

Thanks for submitting a bug report.

This is sadly a Minecraft bug, it will hopefully be fixed in a future update.

Be sure to give it an upvote on Minecraft’s bug tracker:
